It sounds like the data you deleted is gone. Would you be prepared to
do some data recovery using data forensics software? This will examine
your hard drive for data fragments, and you need to search on a
keyword or string that you can remember of your data. Then you need to
reconstruct these events from the data fragments that you find. There
is no way to fully restore deleted items. Are you willing to go ahead
