I want a table or a matrix that compares the rates of different
mailing carriers (USPS, FedEx, DHL, Airborne, UPS) in the U.S. The
table should be parameterized depending on what factors affect the
price of mailing (e.g. weight of the mail-piece, distance, type of
service required, etc.). The purpose of the matrix would be to tell me
which carrier and service would be best in a certain situation.

I am assuming that you'd have to go to the websites of the mail
carriers and find out the rate sheets and aggregate them into a single
multi-parameter table.

I'm looking for a table/matrix format so that I can print it out an a
piece of paper and hang it in my office. You could possibly use those
services to create a table like that (by entering different weights).
If I'd ask you to present me the information in the originally
requested format, would it be too much to ask for?

Both places provide shipping rates based only on weight and location.
You can take FROM shipping code to be 06484 if needed. Perhaps there
are other services that use more parameters and offer more accurate
quotes?

Since nothing that meets your criteria is readily available online,
you may want to conside raising the price of this question because the
work required will likely be significantly more than most researchers
are will to do for $4.00.
