answered my question on the number of new doctors vs. the number of
new attorneys and tort reform.  I hope other researchers and readers
will comment.  We really need to push our legislators about tort
reform or we will have no doctors and further bankrupt our government
with payouts for punitive damages as a result of terrorist acts.
