I am looking for the DOS network boot disk maker that was once located
at http://www.nick-christou.org.uk/bootdisks.htm

You can read about it at
http://www.langa.com/newsletters/2002/2002-09-12.htm#4 but the link I
copied above is no longer functional. I would settle for a free boot
disk maker that has the same functionality as the one described.
Basically it must work with any NDIS compatible network card,
specifically a Xircom CardBus Ethernet II 10/100, and it must get my
laptop to boot on the Microsoft network (using TCP/IP). This is almost
trivial with Novell, but unfortunately it needs to be on the Microsoft
network.

Thanks!

Hi there kingdave!

I believe I have located the latest version of this boot disk (7.51).
You can get it by clicking on "Download" at the following link (when
the popup window opens, select "Download Metropolitan", not "Mirror
1".

http://www.softnews.ro/public/cat/13/4/13-4-1.shtml

I found this by visiting an old archived version of the webpage you
gave, and finding the exact name of the boot disk - then, by searching
Google for that, I turned up the working link. Here's the archived
version of his old page:

http://web.archive.org/web/20011214081551/www.nick-christou.org.uk/bootdisks.htm

I hope this is what you were looking for! If anything's unclear
though, or the link does not function as expected, then please do feel
free to request clarification before rating this answer.

All the best,
