Does the bank have to be in the U.S., or would you be willing to deal
with a non-U.S. bank that accepts accounts from U.S. customers?

Also, which banking services do you need? It is possible to obtain
some financial services (such as debit cards) from nonbank
institutions.

Most of our clients are Foreign with no SS# but we do have an EIN.
They are needing Business Checking Accounts, Merchant Accounts & Debit
Cards. The bank has to be in the US. We have all filed incorporating
documents, drivers license & Passports. Let us know about the nonbank
institutions and what they require.

ncpweb,

Due to the U.S.' "Know Your Customer" laws, AML (Anti-Money
Laundering) laws, and AT (Anti-Terrorist) laws, in addition to
Internal Revenue Service Reporting Requirements, banks are REQUIRED by
law to obtain from you your Social Security Number or Taxpayer
Identification Number, as well as some proof of your identity, before
opening an account for you.

Regards,

aceresearcher
