Hi den2002, Microsoft Access Email FAQ http://216.239.41.100/search?q=cache:Xlaa9ZJiYUkJ:www.granite.ab.ca/access/email.htm+%22MS+Access+email%22+html+&hl=en&ie=UTF-8 This is a "cached Google page" --scroll down till you see the "HTML" highlighted in blue. I don't know enough about Access to provide an answer, sorry, but this link seems to be a good lead. Hopefully another Researcher will pick up the ball and tell you how to use the programs suggested. ~~Cynthia |

Hi den2002, Could you clarify what you mean by sending HTML email from Access? If you want to send a table as an email or an attachment to the email, you can do so by clicking "File -> Send To->Mail Recipient". You have multiple options with respect to the format of the attached table say HTML, XL sheet, Text file or even as an ASP document. I am not sure if this is the info you are looking for. Maybe you could give more details for better answer. Thanks., chandru |
