I have an Amstrad, digital satellite television digibox for Sky Digital in the UK. The Personal Planner feature is meant to hold 50 programmes as a maximum. Since this feature was added to the digibox, my one can only store about 45 programmes as a maximum. How can I get it hold 50 to fix the problem? The digibox has been away for repair, wasnt tested to see if it was fixed, and it wasnt. The tv company (Sky) has tried clearing the memory in the digibox and doing a few connection checks to restore its performance. None of these has worked. It seems like a problem with either the software or a manufacturers fault. (The manufacturers website states to contact Sky for help, which I've done). Many thanks. |
