I am a student at one of the large online universities and I would
like some legal advice about a dispute I have with them.

The University Catalog and Program Catalogs have clearly stated
policies for course sequences and prerequisites. I have three
university documents indicating no prerequisities for two courses I
wish to take concurrently. The university is applying different rules
and will not let me register for some courses concurrently.

What are my rights, if any? What course of action would you suggest?

My goal is dispute resolution, and not a long, drawn-out legal battle,
but I need need a "legal" perspective because up to now, the
university is stalling and refusing to address the issue
appropriately.

The school is in Arizona. I've done a little research and I've come up
with the possibility that it is breach of contract or
misrepresentation.
