I was unable to find a photo online, but here are some other possible
sources.

The Special Collections and Preservation Division of the Harold
Washington Library Center, 400 S. State Street, ninth floor, has
massive archives containing information and photos for Chicago. (See
http://www.chipublib.org/001hwlc/spe/spe_site/_001hwlc_hwspe.html).
You can email them at HWLCArch@chipublib.org or call (312) 747-4875.

You may also want to call the Sulzer Regional Library 4455 N. Lincoln
Ave., (312) 744-7616, to see if the Neighborhood History Research
Collection has what you need.

I hope this helps!

I found several pictures of Paulina Street in Chicago around 1911.

Here are some of the following links.

Paulina Street near West 12th Street (also known as West Roosevelt
Road) in the Near West Side community area of Chicago, Illinois. This
church was where the west trouble started. Building materials are
visible in front of the church.

Unfortunately that's as close to your house as I got, however, they
might be of some interest to you.
