I need to inform the PROPER authorities in Mexico of someone
attempting to use Mexico as a through-point to illegally enter the
U.S. Specifically report a person who may have married a foreign
national with false papers in Mexico and aiding in her travelling into
the U.S.

The Mexican Federal Government's Secretariat corresponding to the
Department of Justice in the US is headed by the Procuraduria General
de la Republica, the equivalent of the Office of Attorney General in

Respectfully, that is a separate and unrelated question, not a
clarification. The Cuban Ministry of Justice would be interested, but
there are no formal relations between the US and Cuba.
