I need the Japanese kanji characters representing the idea:
"One who suffers on account of romantic love". The end result must be
verifiably gramatically correct kanji, preferably presented in one or
more graphics, as my Unicode/multilanguage support is minimal.
I have done some of the initial footwork already:
This anime page transliterates "Ai no Ejiki" as "Victim of Love" (but
only in the context of a song title, so I consider it less reliable).
This phrase may be the closest Kanji will come to expressing my idea,
and that's fine.

This Abobe Acrobat file is the first hit on a google for "ejiki
kanji", telling us that "ejiki" means "prey, or victim".

The Kanji Site also tells us that "ai" means "love", and they give us
a character for it
http://www.kanjisite.com/html/start/rhsinfo/r_nounaya.html
Strangely, I failed to find "victim", "sufferer", or "prey" using
their search engine, but I did find plain "suffer".
I do not know nor understand the grammatical constructs of this
language. I need the answer presented in a simple, straightforward
context, without having to "add a brushstroke here or there."
