 I have found all the information you need regarding immigration to
Brazil, but any information regarding licensing requirements has
eluded me. I will continue to look. Hopefully I, or another
researcher, can come up with the licensing requirements with a further
search.

 If no information is forthcoming concerning dental licensing in
Brazil, I would be happy to supply the immigration information if you
would like to divide the question into two parts.
