Hello,

I am currently running into issues with opening a mail link from IE
and opening a http link from outlook express.
Let's say that if an email contains some http://... address. When I
click on it, my computer processor activity goes up to 100% for around
half a minute or so and then 20 - 30 IE Windows opens with No page
found page.
Similarly, few minutes back, when I clicked on a link in IE
(mailto:jakarta.....), it took half a minute and then opened number of
IE windows. Exact same behavior.
Other than that, I can navigate to any page easily and open any email
easily. I am using Win 2000. I have norton antivirus running and it
does not report any viruses on my machine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
