can see out and get air but con't see in from the outside  great for

Are you looking for the one-way glass like the kind that is used in
police interrogation rooms? If you prefer one that allows air to pass
through, glass wouldn't work. Something like screen would be needed.

the material is screening.  used in bathrooms so you can't see in when
windows open.  you can see out and air does circulate
