What is needed to import an warmblood horse into Syria from Europe?

A friend of mine has sold an amateur riding horse which now needs to
be exported to Syria.The export agent he used normally has no
experience in this region so he is looking for an Enligh version
(websites) of import information, like quarantine requirements, import
duties, documentation needed etc etc
The horse is to leave from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.

(2) Is the buyer Syrian? Resides in Syria?
