Where can I find templates for Parole Plans & Parole Packages in order
to write one for my cousin?
I'm no pro, but I've had a lot of Criminology in college. 
He's been incarcerated 30-yrs. This plan must be a very good one. 
He also must be transferred from Geogia to Washington state.
Can you help me w/a Tempalte to help him/me to make a workable plan?
