A malicious and defamatory false post was placed on FriendsReunited. 
The post has since been removed and FR provided the following
information about the poster:

Date Added: 02/06/2003 16:48:20   IP Address: 195.8.161.21    Key:
13453726

I cannot seem to RDNS this IP address and want to find out which
organisation/ISP this belongs to so I can notify their abuse teams and
commence an investigation.  If the user was a dial-up DHCP user it
will be difficult to trace but hopefully the ISP will have RADIUS logs
to identify the user.

To answer this question I would like the ISP details or organisation
details for this IP address.  Any additional information you can
provide would be useful.
