Are there any microorganism which consume silicon or silicon di oxide?
is it possible for any microorganism to consume inorganic elements
like silicon

I wouldn't expect any organisms to eat elemental silicon, as elemental
silicon does not occur "in nature" in significant amounts.  I'm not
sure if anything "eats" silicon dioxide, but many organisms certainly
*use* silicon dioxide.  The grass in your lawn has a fairly high
silica content, and microorgansims such as diatoms make structures out
of pure silica (silicon dioxide).
