What infrastructure is needed to setup and offer a carrier
pre-selection service to domestic customers in the UK? For example
that provided by http://www.telesoft.ltd.uk/cp.html and many other
companies. I have read the oftel.gov.uk and BTwholesale.com
documentation and understand how to apply for permission. But what are
the minimum hardware requirements, number of leased lines, approximate
costs of these etc. I am a software developer and unfamiliar with the
vocab of telecoms hardware.
