We recently aquired a domain in which the traffic and conversions are
very strong, before we got this domain, traffic to our other sites was
strong as well, after we acquired the site we noticed this>

Or question is why? we have gone from averaging 30 orders a day to 2?
What has happened fo this to be occurring?

This might be better posted on a business forum.  I'm not sure most of
the researchers here know anything about clickthroughs unless they run
an online business.

I don't know the answer to your question.  Could it be that you
changed something in your advertising?  Or that you made a significant
change in the website?  That is all I can think of.
