I am looking for banks that offer people the ability to set up on-line
accounts in the Chinese yuan.  Please provide the name of the banks
and links to the on-line page for opening accounts.

Are you looking for banks in China to offer on-line accounts? As you
might know the Renminbi is one of very few currencies that is not
convertable so such services are most likely not available outside
China.

According to their website, Everbank.com offers such an account. Look
under the section "World Currency Accounts" on their site. I believe
that they are the only bank offering such an account online.
