I am looking at using Ineto for call center management.  The problem
is, I can't find any other businesses with a similar product for
competitive quotes.

What I am looking for is a list of companies that offer a virtual call
center service where the company will route incoming calls to my
agents who will be at their homes.

I will do just that.  I generally don't ask sales reps about their
competition, but then again, I don't usually have any problem finding
a company's competition.
