i am from saudi arabia and i plan to open pretzel store like antte
anns and take Franchising but they ask very big fee more 1 millon
so i want to oben here in saudi arabia my own name and own shop
how i can start and what i need

The trouble of going through starting yourself, finding your own
supplier(s), and having an unknown name may make the seemingly high
fee that they ask seem more reasonable.

I am poorly informed, but my guess is pretzels are easy to make, the
ingedients easy to obtain, and the antte anns name of little value to
you. Avoid an over priced franchise. Potentual suppliers may be
willing to provide free advice and suggestions. I think society needs
small independent businesses. You likely should start small and expand
later. The antte ann franchise will likely be of little help in
developing business savy, without which failure is likely. Try to make
friends of successful local business persons. They can be more helpful
even if they know nothing of prezels and sandwiches.   Neil
