I'm a high school student so I'm sorry for the cheap price. I
inherited a TEAC AG-35 stereo reciever a while back (without a users
manual) and bought some Pioneer SH253 150W max. bookshelf speakers
yesterday on sale. I was planning to put the two together, but I need
a two-part question answered first. It is important to me that this be
answered because I am poor and may have to take back the speakers
because I can't afford a new reciever. One, could you please find the
specifications for the receiver, and two, tell me if it will be okay
(enough power) to couple with the speakers?

this might help - you can order the manual here
http://www.treasurechestcorp.com/teac.sm.all.html

As a fan of vintage audio, I would say you will have no problems with
this combo, but don't have the online proof to back it up. Good luck
