What "Companies Act" are you seeking? Many different countries,
states, and province provinces have statutes called the "Companies
Act."

Sorry. I meant to tell you it is for Australia.
Thanks,

Ron:
Okay, it seems that even within Australia, there are multiple pieces
of legislation called "Companies Act." We find the Companies Act
1981,
the Companies Act 1961, and various Companies Acts/Codes relating to
particular Australian states or territories. Do you know which one(s)
you need?

I need the current Companies Act, plus amendments for Victoria
relating to the rules of transferring accumulated losses in a company
upon its sale.
Thanks,
Ron
