In the movie Orgazmo about half way through they 2 main characters
'Orgazmo and Choado boy' are entering a club to get back a contract. 
As they are in the line to be checked by security a german song is
being played that I do not believe is credited.  I think it would be
the only german song in the entire movie.

Bad news, I'm afraid.

I do have a copy of 'Orgazmo' and have found the scene you mention.

However, the music only plays for a short while and is mostly
instrumental. I was unable to transcribe any words whatsoever.
