I am looking for a Crown Royal whiskey ad that has a roller skate in
it and talked about getting something you want now and finding a way
to earn the money, instead of waiting until you have made the money.

The only clue I have about the date of the ad is it was before 1998. 

I want to know where I can find this ad. What month/year/issue
magazine was it printed in, or where I can buy the ad off the
Internet?

A client of mine wishes to purchase this ad, since it has strong
sentimental value to him.

Couldn't find the ad you need.. But just in case you'll search for
some other alcohol ads - http://www.med.sc.edu:1081/alcoholads.htm
(page 2, 3, ... 10). Pictures with good resolution, there are several
from Crown Royal.
