Greetings, mello1!
PSW Help is a website for people who have purchased something from a
website which uses PSW's secure shopping or billing software.
The URL http://www.pswhelp immediately redirects to:
http://www.pswbilling.com/support/index.html
The best way for you to find out the source for the item on your
credit card bill is USUALLY to call your credit card company (there is
often an 800 Customer Service Number on the back of the card, but it
should for sure be somewhere on your bill. Unfortunately, I cannot do
this for you, for your own safety and privacy reasons, since I would
have to have your credit card number to do so.
Usually the credit card company will have a more detailed description
of a charge than what you see on your bill. But if they don't --
PSW *does* provide a way to look this up on their site at:
https://secure.pswbilling.com/support/info.html
However, you will need to supply TWO of the following fields:
"Subscriber ID Number
(Found in your email receipt)
Credit Card Number
(Used when subscribing, No spaces)
Email Address
(Used when subscribing)
Username
(Used to access the website)"
If you still cannot access your information, you can try is calling
PSW's Customer Service at
1-800-833-9127
Credit Card Support
USA/Canada (Free)
1-713-331-6505
Credit Card Support
International
1-888-772-2439
Online Check Support
USA/Canada (Free)
OR you can email them at support@pswbilling.com
(DON'T put your credit card number in an e-mail;
e-mails are NOT secure!)
The other thing you might try is looking through your e-mail Inbox to
see if there is an acknowledgement there of a transaction where you
purchased something online.
Before Rating my Answer, if you have any questions about the above
information, please post a Request for Clarification, and I will see
what I can do for you.
I hope that this Answer provides exactly the information that you were
seeking!
