I believe the book you're looking for is titled "Red Ink Behavior:
Measure the High Cost of Problem Employees." It is by Jean A.
Hollands and published by Blake/Maden (ISBN 0965793907). You can find
it at Amazon.com:

Red Ink Behavior
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0965793907/

You can find the author's business home page and bio here:

Best wishes,

Search strategy: When I couldn't find the book, I suspected that you
may have got the title wrong. So I went to Amazon.com and searched for
various combinations of words, and a search for "red behavior"
(without the quotes) led to a list that included this book.

Actually, it appears that the correct title is "Red Ink Behaviors:
Measure the High Cost of Problem Employees." Note the plural "Behaviors."
