I would like a list of the media service directors and/or "persons in
charge of networking media services", including business phone numbers
and email addresses at any/all of the college and universities located
in the USA.  The people I am looking for would be in charge of
organizations that either offer, or plan to offer, any or all, of
these services: Learning on demand, on demand education, on demand
training, remote learning, remote training, video enhanced
curriculums, distance learning, video communication, lecture replays,
streaming video, dorm room entertainment, campus on demand
entertainment and video on demand services.
