There is nothing to this effect in the Medline database of medical
journal literature: http://www.nlm.nih.gov

There is no mention of prostate enlargement in the FDA approved
professional product label - November 2002.

Additionally, there is no mention of the prostate in the
PDRhealth website's summary of the information for Zoloft
as distilled from the PDR, or Physician's Desk Reference,
which is the 'bible' of FDA-approved drug information for
physicians and psychiatrists:
