Hi there,

I have identified a major reason for why you have dropped in search
engine results:

"Don't create multiple pages, subdomains, or domains with
substantially duplicate content."

Multiple sites with ostensibly the same content is of no use to web
searchers, because they tend to clog up search results. I believe that
Google has picked up on your use of more than website to deliver the
same information:

http://www.balihotels-travel.com/hotels/aston_bali/index.html
http://www.bali-hotels-special.com/hotels/aston_bali/index.html

...and penalized you accordingly.

To remedy the situation, you need to reduce your web presence to a
singular site. The easiest way is to create a robots.txt file for the
site(s) you don't want listed:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /

Place it here: www.bali-hotels-special.com/robots.txt
(...or the same for whatever site you choose to remove)

and then submit them to Google at http://www.google com/addurl.html

When Google sees the robots.txt, they will remove your extra sites
from the index.

Then send an email:

Email Google at help@google.com. Use a subject like "I have corrected
broken guidelines", so that it stands out as being important. State
that you did not realise you were doing anything wrong. Detail what
you have done to right the wrongs. Promise to follow the guidelines in
future.

Best wishes,
robertskelton-ga

Appreciating your response.

For sure, we do not know the owner of
www.balihotels-travel.com

We are not the same company. Meanwhile the hotel description is always
the same from one web site to another as it is the hotel standard.
We did copy the hotel description from its brochure.

Your comments on this is really expecting.

Thanks

Hi again,

Apologies for my assumption. It was based on duplicate content
coinciding with two domain names that have the same WHOIS contact
details and that both USA the same hosting service in the USA

http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/lookup.ch?name=bali-hotels-special.com&type=A
http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/lookup.ch?name=balihotels-travel.com+&type=A

Google looks at hosts and WHOIS to double check they aren't making a
mistake when looking for duplicate sites. The unfortunate coincidence
needs to be changed, by explaining the confusion via an email to
help@google.com. Make sure you change the WHOIS details and move to a
different hosting service.

I spent some more time investigating your problem and noticed that you
have been participating in link exchange schemes, which is also
against Google guidelines.

"Don't participate in link schemes designed to increase your site's
ranking or PageRank"

You need to ask all the sites that list you as a reciprocal link to
remove them. Most should be listed here:
http://www.alltheweb.com/search?q=%2Blink.all%3ABALI-HOTELS-SPECIAL.COM+-site%3Abali-hotels-special.com&c=web&cs=utf-8&co=1&no=off&l=any

Hi:
I understand that the information your putting on your site is the
official words from the hotel's brochure. In order for your website
to look different than other websites that list the same hotel
brochure information, your going to need to edit and change the words,
so that the words appear different. Otherwise you'll never regain
your ranking.
Have someone add some new paragraphs about each hotel, or rewrite
the description of each hotel so it is a little bit different.

Greetings, wayanmar!

It looks like your site
http://www.bali-hotels-special.com
and all these other sites use the same phone number and/or FAX number
for credit card deposits on reservations:

http://www.bali-discount.com
http://www.bali-hotels-nusadua.com
http://www.bali-hotelsnet.com
http://www.bali-indo.com
http://www.bali-tourist.com

http://www.bali-travelnet.com
http://www.balihotels-bali.com
http://www.easybali.com
http://www.hotels-bali.com

I'm sure that that is why Google thinks that you are spamming them
with multiple, duplicate websites.
