How well or badly did high-tech companies perform in Taiwan during the
period from July 2002 to date? In addition, are there any causes or
factors that may contribute to their poor performance in the near
future?
 
By way of background, I am writting a piece on the performance of 
these companies and reasons for concern about their future
performance. I need
