This is for pinkfreud.  The book knowledge-seeker found for me turned
out to be the wrong one, though interesting.  I am hoping yours is the
right one.  Would you tell me the name of the one you found, for $5?

In my remarks on your earlier question, I was not thinking of a
specific book. The moral dilemma that I described is one of the famous
"Kohlberg Dilemmas," a set of moral quandaries that are often used in
classroom discussions of morality and ethics.
