I need a list of the 500 largest (based on student enrollment)high
schools in the US. I need the city and state of the school, as well
as a link to their website, if possible.

Assuming all these schools have web sites, to compile such a list
would likley take hours. Since the researcher only gets a percentage
of the question price, you should consider raising your price
signficantly to accomodate the amount of work required to answer such
a question (or "dramatically" reduce the number of schools on your
wish list).

Rather than the top 500 schools, I will settle for the top 100 largest
high schools in the US for the listed $10. The list still needs to
include the city and state, as well as school website.

Here's an article from the June 2, 2003 issue of Newsweek that might be useful:

From the story linked above, a list of 804 high schools, with city and state:

I hate to be blunt, but if you expect the researchers to compile a
list of 100 of anything, a ten dollar fee is not likely to attract
much interest. This will probably take many more hours of work than a
professional researcher is going to want to do for this amount of
money.

If a researcher was very quick and could research and type the results
for each school in 2 minutes, then this would take 200 minutes. For
the $7.50 the researcher would get, this equates to $2.25 / hour. I
think you can see why researchers may not be interested.
