Selling a complete start up for a Porcelain Doll Making Business. 
After being in the doll making business for 16 years we are selling
dur to health reasons. We have over 60 molds that we will sell for
half price. We have hundreds of fabric.;doll eyes;socks;wigs; and
porcelain slip. Plus two Kilns to fire the greenware.  Can you tell us
how to go about selling them.

information on how to find prospective buyers? Legal and financial
implications of the sale? If so, where are you located? Could the
business relocate? Would it be possible to sell the materials, without
selling the business' "name"/ reputation?
