I'm researching credit cards that offer a grace period for cash
advances (25 days would suffice). Such cards are understandably few
and far between. I've tried every combination of search terms I can
think of on Google, but so far, I've only managed to find one
(http://www.epbfcu.net/ccard.htm), and it has the drawback that it's
issued by a credit union that I'm not eligible to join.

Tip #4 on this page implies that more such cards exist (or, at least,
existed at one time): http://www.r2b.ttu.edu/credit.htm

MSN's credit card center has pages with details of various cards,
which include a field for "cash advance grace period", but that field
seems to always be blank.

Many websites say that credit cards "usually" don't offer grace
periods for cash advances, which offers some hope that some exceptions
do exist.

I would prefer candidates with no transaction fees, but since that's
unlikely, I'd accept those that have a fee cap of $20. I am not
concerned about the cash advance APR as I would never carry a balance.
I would accept candidates that have annual fees up to $100.

The ideal response would include at least three candidate cards, or
direct me to a place where I can easily find them myself.

I realize that this is a difficult question to answer, but perhaps
someone can think of search terms that I haven't thought of. I'm
hoping that cards that offer grace periods for cash advances simply
don't like to advertise the fact.

Note that I am not eligible for "student" cards.

Try looking on www.bankrate.com. It's a fantastic site that gives
you rates/details/etc. for credits cards, loans, home mortgages, money
markets, everything financial. Really really helpful.
