 Are you asking if there is actually a specific organization to which
the wigmakers belong, or if there are wigmakers that are specific to
Jewish Orthodox women?

I'd like to know if there is a specific professional organization of
wig makers that specialize in making wigs for orthodox Jewish women? 
If you can't find that, could you tell me how much high-end "sheitels"
run? and who are some high-end wig makers?

After doing some research, my sense is that this is a community based
profession.  Accordingly, there doesn't seem to be an organization of
Orthodox Jewish wig makers.  The "high end" wig makers are likely
those who are most popular or expensive in a particular area.

Moreover, I suspect that a lot of this information is not on the Web. 
(Rather than advertise on the Web, I imagine that the wig makers could
prosper by advertising in community institutions and get free
advertising from word-of-mouth.)

What I could post as an answer is a set of search terms for getting as
much information as you can from the Web -- because there is some
relevant information there -- and in particular information about a
book published this year about the tradition and practice of Orthodox
women covering their hair.
