I'm looking for a great anatomy resource (CD or online). Free or to
buy. One of the classic anatomy reference works is by Frank Netter,
but their CD is simply terrible (I've used it).
I need something that is up to date, and will allow me to cut and
paste into other documents.
If there is supporting text, that is a plus (e.g., "Organ X supplies
blood...")
Ideally, I would like to be able to enter a query, such as "trigeminal
nerve," and have it come up with the (say) ten charts that is has
stored which show the trigeminal nerve.
Note that I need something far more detailed than a simple "family
health" type of resource. Also, note that the 100 year old original
Gray's anatomy is available, but that is not suitable.
Looking forward to receiving your recommendations, preferably,
accompanied by an indication of happy buyers (e.g., a la Amazon's
reviews).
Thanks,

Hi Feilong,
For cutting and pasting, I would like to be able to cut and paste an
anatomy picture into another application (e.g., Word).
Whereas I would love to have you tell me a URL that is free, I
appreciate that this might not exist. My budget for this peaks at
$150, but I hope that something good might be cheaper. I wouldn't
object to paying for a subscription, or per downloaded image.
Netter is all I've found as a complete resource, so far. Lots of
anatomy pictures are available on the internet, obviously, but each
one requires its own search (e.g., with Google Images).
Good luck, and thanks,
