how to tv out from laptop computer using a pcmcia card ?

There are PCMCIA video cards which can output a TV signal - would a
link to buy one of these be an acceptable answer?

Also, are you willing to consider non-PCMCIA options?  For example, if
your laptop has a regular 15-pin D-sub VGA connector on it, you could
use a converter box to allow you to plug a TV into that instead. 
Also, you may be able to use USB or Firewire/IEEE1394 to get a signal
from your laptop to a television.
