Wireless and its primary competitors (please focus on a division
basis, not the corporation level because their parents run many
business and not just the wireless business)

2. Cingular's organizational structure (also including how many
employees it currently has i.e. 100 technicians, 30 sales people, how
many employees within each division, etc....)

3. what is Cingular's General Manager's style(s)?

4. what dimensions are critical for the wireless industry and
corresponding values for primary competitors in these dimensions?
(approximation will be fine but please provide reasons or logics
behind them)
