I don't believe this is the Richard Penn I am looking for. I have purchased a grandfather clock made by Rich (sic) Penn that we have been able to date between 1735 and 1751. His occupation as a clockmaqker in England is not in doubt. There are several references to his name as a clock maker. I am looking for additonal biographical information on him. |

I neglected to add that his probably worked in London as the clock face carries that identification under his name. |

Rich Penn, hmm... can be Richmond Penn, or Richland Penn, or other such variation. Just for some trivia, there's an airbrush company in Japan called Richpen. I doubt there's any relation, but who knows. ;) |
