This Dr. is aplastic or orhtopedic reconstruction surgeon who specializes in the " Hand" His Last Name is Derman. He performed this type of Surgery on my Right Hand at Evanston Northwestern Hospital in Evanston, Illinois. |

Derman 4709 Golf Road Suite 806 Skokie, IL 60076 (847)679-1155 His web page, which lists his address & telephone number, is at chicagosocietyofplasticsurgery.com. http://www.chicagosocietyofplasticsurgery.com/bios/gordonderman.htm The American Medical Association's physician directory only lists two Dermans in Illinois, and Gordon H.
