7-8-2003 Is there any indication of what the initials P.A.B.B. stand for? Is there a street and city/state address listed on the certificate or names of any company officials? KEITH (I am NOT a GOOGLE Researcher) |

Kieth, There is no indication of what the initials P.A.B.B. stand for. There is no street address. The stock certificates were issued in Meridian, MS on April 3rd,1958. The only information on the certificates is the Presidents' name, Charles E. Prater and the Secretary/Treasurer, Don O. Buckley. |

I'm curious as to why there has been no activity on my account. It has been 10 days since the posting of my question and I have received a grand total of zero answers. What gives? Larry Branton |

7-18-2003 The difficulty in getting an answer to your question is the uniqueness/unusual nature of the name of the company. along with the fact that this is an old company that could have gone out of business or become inactive by now. The initials make it very difficult to locate specific information about that company and thus it would be most helpful to find out exactly what the letters represent. Do a GOOGLE search to find out the web address or mailing address of the MISSISSIPPI SECRETARY OF STATE (the official agency responsible for registering all businesses in the state) and write them a letter to see if they could research this in their files for you. Or visit www.stocksearchintl.com (I'm not exactly sure the web address is correct), the firm Stock Search International, and this company (and others like it) can do the research for you for a modest fee of about $100.
