I need to find a live class to prepare me for the California Real
Estate Brokers Exam. Can you find it for me? I have found many home
study programs and will now turn it over to the experts...

Hi Gurunish,

Where are you located?

And are you already a real estate agent?

You might need to be that before sitting for the Broker's exam,
depending on your education and experience.

Best wishes

I am located in the Bay Area (San Francisco/San Jose). I already have
a 4 yr degree so I qualify to take the exam. I am not a Real Estate
Agent.

Thanks!

Hi Guru,

Let's see, there should be live courses in the San Francisco are in these schools:

This looks like a good course, good materials - and there is
room in their classes.

California School of Real Estate 1-800-878-1929 in Oakland
http://www.easy2pass.com/brokerprep.html
Class meets ONE Sat 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. $129
(includes book with 100's of practice questions)
Offered on these dates - July 12 & 26 August 9th and 23rd

I called them. They have a live 2-day review course on Sat & Sun
(all booked for August). They don't have the new schedule yet for
September forward. They only offer it once a month.

(He said that there is a 6-8 week lead time to get an exam date from
DRE once you apply for the Broker's exam.)

I haven't checked the universities, but they usually offer
extension courses.

I hope this helps.
