I am getting ready to setup an email marketing campaign to my prospect
list. I have created a dozen or so emails and I am looking for an
Outlook Add-in to automatically sent these emails to the current list.
The program should also be able to add additional prospects as they
opt in to our list and sent the same dozen or so emails starting from
the begining for each prospect. The program should allow for a
specific day of the week - I plan on sending all the emails on
Wednesday.

If an Add in to Outlook 2000 is not available then I would be
interested in a stand alone product that would allow me to import my
Outlook contacts in to.

Hi dmncpa,

Is this what you have in mind? If not, what is it lacking?

Sorry but this does not quite meet my needs. Both of these would
operate in a manner in which the same email is sent on a particular
day to all list members. This is not how I need the program to
function. Let me try to describe it in a different way.

Let's say today I have a list with 5 names on it and I want to sent
this list a series of 10 emails - once a week for the next 10 weeks.
I create the list in the auto responder program and set up the 10
emails numered 1,2,3, etc. - one for each week.

Let's say emails 1 and 2 are already sent for the above list. Then
tomorrow, I get a new lead. Since emails 1 and 2 were already sent I
need to set this lead up to start with email number 1 this week, then
2 next week, etc.

Then a few days later I get another lead and need to set this one up
to start with email 1, then 2, and so on.

So each time I get a lead I want to start each one with email 1.

Does that clarify what I am looking for? It does not appear that the
2 software references you provided preform in this manner. Is that
correct?

Since I use Outlook it would be nice if the software to perform these
functions was integrated into Outlook, but if nothing is available
then a stand alone program is an acceptable alternative.

Hi dmncpa,

Thank you for your clarification. I've had another look online and
have found a program called EmailValet. With a name like that it
should do what you need but I've had trouble finding out many details
- I think you'll have to download a trial to see if it will hit the
spot. Sounds promising, though.

EmailValet:

"Schedule any kind of recurring email"

Fingers crossed,

Took a look and it operates the same as the others - one at a time.

Thnaks anyway.
