I need a copy of the full text of the Non-Disclosure Agreement
(Reciprocal), which was Appealet Exhibit 31, dated March 27, 1997 (at
MSV 0004339); it may be at the DOJ site which is
HTTP://www.usdoj.gov/atr/cases/f1200/1237.htm

The information, which has been publicly filed as an exhibit to a
government proceeding, is for academic reference and will not be used
in the course of business.
