Hi,

I'm looking for an Internet Service Provider in Beijing who can
provide an Internet connection which has a fixed IP address. an
always-on connection would be ideal, e.g. ADSL or cablemodem, but
other solutions would also be acceptable. I can provide you with the
address in Beijing of where I want the connection to be avilable.

All the broadband services I know of use ADSL which gets a fresh IP
address every day.

The only solution I've come across is a Digital Data Network (DDN)
service available to big companies, which costs 14000 RMB per month! I
was looking for something under 100 US dollars per month.

(I need this IP address to set up a data exchange system for an
international propsective clinical trial. The purpose is to find
causes of chronic diseases like lung cancer. I am not a
spammer/pirater/etc)
