I need information on Cingular Wireless's organizational structure
(also
including how many employees it currently has i.e. 100 technicians, 30
sales people, how many employees within each division, etc....) (it is
better but not required to have a organizational chart)and managers'
style.

Since you posted this as a "Small Business" question, I just wanted to
point out that Cingular Wireless is a huge company. I looked up their
listings in a company database that I have and could see at least
50,000 employees.

As you may or may not know, "Cingular is a joint venture between
Atlanta-based BellSouth Corp. (NYSE: BLS) and SBC Communications Inc."

So, as research_help-ga has told you, this is indeed a huge company,
and it will likely be difficult, if not impossible to locate the
specific information you've asked for.  Also, I've just gotten off the
phone with my son who works for Cingular in their Tennessee corporate
headquarters.  According to him, all employees must sign an employment
contract, which includes a confidentiality clause specifically
prohibiting them from disclosing any proprietary information about the
company, including the details you've requested here.  He said the
information is closely guarded and not publicly available.  His
suggestion: IF you have a legitimate "need to know," then contact the
marketing department at Cingular's main headquarters in Atlanta.  The
main business phone number is 404-236-6000.
