Hi jab22-ga,
I've located 2 for you... would you please go to the following links
provided and let me know if either of these are what you're looking
for?

These are in very limited supply, mainly because Universal Rundle is
now owned by Crane.
I look forward to your clarification...

Neither item is what I am looking for. The faucet is a single handle
mixing valve which controls both shower head and tub outlet. The
handle is a single clear ball about 2inches in diameter and cut like a
crystal.

I work as a Service Manager for a Plumbing & Heating contractor in
Seattle. I called our supplier who said they could order the part from
Crane, who now carries the Universal Rundle line as part of their
inventory.
There are two problems with this though:
1) The supplier said Crane takes _forever_ to send parts.
2) Our supplier is a wholesaler, you'd need a Plumber to order it for
you. Although I work for a Plumber, Google Answers Researchers are not
allowed to give contact information, --and, if you posted your mailing
address for me to send it to, the editors would remove it.
Suggestions?

Thank you ,Cynthia. I'm not sure the part is available from Crane.
Crane purchased UR about three years ago but according to a phone
conversation I had with Crane today, they did not purchase the faucet
division, instead all the faucet parts were picked up by Brewster's
Wholesale (1 800 484 7812).Brewster's says they have Universal Rundle
faucet parts but no handles.
Where do we go from here ?

Hi jab22,
Thanks for the update. I think the next step would be salvage
companies that go to sites where buildings are being torn down. They
take all the old fixtures and store them until folks like you contact
them.
I live in Seattle, the main one here is called "The RE Store"
RE Store Salvages the Past

And here is their web site:

All major cities have these type of businesses...

Thanks very much Cynthia. I'll take your suggestion ,although I don't
have much stomach for that kind of search. It is possiblemto replace
the whole valve assembly with a new one and I may end up diong that
route.
